By accessing or using the Skyward CBE website and online platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations in Kenya, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service.

2. Use License

1. Permission is granted to use the Service for your school's internal CBC assessment analysis purposes under the purchased or trial license.
2. You may not modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service beyond the granted license.
3. This license terminates automatically upon violation and may be terminated by Skyward CBE at any time.

3. Disclaimer & Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Skyward CBE shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

4. Modifications & Governing Law

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

• We implement strong encryption, access controls, and security measures to protect your data.
• Learner assessment data is treated as sensitive and processed securely on behalf of schools (who remain data controllers).
• We do not sell or share personal data for marketing.
• You have full rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data.
• Data is retained only as long as needed and securely deleted upon request.
